1. The Service

Aussie PayPOS is a merchant-facing point-of-sale (POS) software application that enables merchants to accept payments and manage transactions through third-party payment processors.

Aussie PayPOS is a software service provider only.

We do not provide financial, banking, or payment processing services.

All payment transactions are processed directly by third-party payment processors, such as Stripe, under their own terms and policies.

2. Eligibility

You must:

• Be at least 18 years old

• Be legally able to enter into binding contracts

• Use the App only for lawful business purposes

By using the App, you represent that you meet these requirements.

3. Account Registration

You may be required to create an account to use certain features of the App.

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials

• All activities conducted through your account

You must provide accurate and up-to-date information at all times.

4. Payments and Transactions

4.1 Role of SecureProPay

Aussie PayPOS :

• Does not hold, store, or transfer funds

• Does not act as a merchant of record

• Does not provide escrow, wallet, or balance services

4.2 Third-Party Payment Processors

Payments are processed by third-party providers such as Stripe.

Your use of payment services is subject to the processor's terms, conditions, and privacy policies.

Aussie PayPOS is not responsible for:

• Payment authorization decisions

• Settlement delays

• Chargebacks, refunds, or disputes

• Compliance obligations imposed on payment processors

5. Fees

Aussie PayPOS may charge fees for access to or use of the App.

All applicable fees will be disclosed before you incur them.

Third-party payment processors may charge separate fees, which are governed solely by their own terms.

6. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for unlawful or fraudulent activities

• Violate applicable laws or regulations

• Interfere with the security or operation of the App

• Attempt unauthorized access to systems or data

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations.

7. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the App, including software, trademarks, logos, and content, are owned by or licensed to World Royal Pty Ltd.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for its intended purpose.

8. Data and Privacy

Your use of the App is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how personal data is collected, used, and protected.

9. Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the App at any time without liability.

10. Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is" and "as available."

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, World Royal Pty Ltd shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities

• Payment processing issues caused by third-party providers

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you (if any) to use the App in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless World Royal Pty Ltd from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of the App

• Your violation of these Terms

• Your violation of applicable laws or third-party rights

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time if you violate these Terms.

You may stop using the App at any time.

Termination does not affect obligations that by nature should survive termination.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, without regard to conflict of law principles.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.

Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
